You will find the security pin on the right-hand side of the back of your Gift Card. Right next to the slightly longer voucher code. For security reasons, the pin is covered by a scratch-off field which you can scratch off when you are ready to use your Gift Card.

Your Ticketmaster Gift Card can only be used in the country in which it was purchased.

If the entire order was paid with a Gift Card, the entire amount will automatically be refunded to the Gift Card.
If you only paid for part of your order with a Gift Card and the rest with a credit or debit card, the entire refund will be transferred back to your credit or debit card.

Unfortunately, a physical Gift Card (plastic card) cannot be reissued, so please always keep it in a safe place. For the e-Gift Card, you have the option of resending it by e-mail.
Tearms and Conditions for gift cards
These General Terms and Conditions form the contract for Ticketmaster gift cards purchased or received as a gift ("Gift Card"). Unless otherwise stated, all General Terms and Conditions applicable to physical gift cards apply equally to electronic gift cards.
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Gift Card. If you have any queries or criticisms, please contact customer service as described in section 14 of this contract.

- The Gift Card is a product ofTicketmaster Switzerland Ltd.a company registered in Switzerland with its registered office at Zürichstrasse 125 in CH-8600 Dübendorf and VAT. CHE-447.882.410. The gift voucher is activated during the purchase and is ready for use immediately.
- The Gift Card contains the cash value paid in advance at the place of purchase. It is not a credit card, customer card, check card or customer credit card, and no interest is paid on the credit balance on the Gift Card.
- The Gift Card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. After this time, the remaining balance can no longer be used.
- The Gift Card is only refundable and exchangeable within the framework of the legal requirements, for example if the Gift Card is defective or if the provisions of section 5 apply. You cannot cancel the Gift Card. Refunds are only possible to the purchaser of the Gift Card.
- The Gift Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash; no cash advance can be paid on the value loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of purchase.
- The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for another currency or another type of Gift Card; the value of two or more gift cards cannot be transferred to a new Ticketmaster Gift Card.
- The Gift Card cannot be reloaded after the monetary value loaded onto it at the time of purchase has been used up.
- A Gift Card will only be reissued if the Gift Card is defective due to the production process or any other fault of Ticketmaster, its representatives or subcontractors.

- Gift cards are available online at Ticketmaster.ch/giftcard or in any participating retail store.
- The Gift Card is activated and enabled during the purchase and can be used immediately.

- The Gift Card can only be used on events that take place in Switzerland or Lichtenstein (“Ticketmaster products”).
- The Gift Card cannot be used for events that take place outside of Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
- No cashback will be given for purchases made with the Gift Card, but unused portions will remain available for future use in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

- The Gift Card can only be used on www.ticketmaster.ch , even if other websites (such as www.ticketmaster.de, ticketservice.nl andbilletnet.dkrefer to ticketmaster.ch or are linked with the website.
- The Gift Card can only be used for the full amount charged to the card (unless the Ticketmaster product is cheaper). If the Ticketmaster product costs more the product can be paid with a mix between the Gift Card and another payment method (for example debit or credit card). For purchases made on ticketmaster.chall available credit must be used first before any other payment method can be chosen for the transaction. For purchases made by phone, it isnot necessary to use the full amount or any remaining unused balance before the customer can use another payment method.
- The three-digit security code on the back of the Gift Card is required to complete the transaction when using the Gift Card for online transactions. If you have a e-Gift Card, the security code can be found in the email in which you have received the Gift Card.
- You agree that Ticketmaster may reduce the balance of the Gift Card by the amount of all purchases of Ticketmaster products that you have purchased. You authorize a Transaction by,
- entering the data on the Gift Card upon request to a Ticketmaster customer service representative or on the Ticketmaster website and
- by entering the three-digit security code of the e-Gift Card or authorize an operator or another person to enter it for you.
- With the authorization of a transaction
- You confirm your agreement to pay the purchase price for the Ticketmaster product(s) purchased; and
- you agree to pay the purchase price by reducing the monetary value loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of purchase.
- you acknowledge that the Gift Card may not be used to purchase goods or services that Ticketmaster is prohibited from supplying to you (for example, if you are under the age of 18 and you are prohibited by law from attending a particular event or purchasing certain Ticketmaster products).

- the following consumer rights apply when purchasing the Gift Card online and concluding the contract as a consumer.
- you can cancel the Gift Card purchase with a full refund of the purchase price within 14 working days starting on the working day following receipt of the order confirmation from Ticketmaster for the Gift Card purchase. Ticketmaster will also refund the delivery fees. However, at Ticketmaster's request, you may be required to cover the cost of returning the Gift Card.

- You are eligible to purchase Ticketmaster products with the Gift Card for 36 months from the purchase date.
- After 36 months from the date of the Gift Card purchase, you can no longer use the Gift Card (even if all or part of the value loaded at the time of purchase remains on the Gift Card); you cannot reclaim any unused value remaining on the Gift Card.
- c. Upon expiry of the Gift Card, any remaining value on the Gift Card will be lost.

- Treat the Gift Card like cash. It will not be replaced if lost and the loss of unused funds stored on it is equivalent to losing your wallet.

- Ticketmaster may terminate this contract, cancel the Gift Card or refuse a transaction if there is suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized or unlawful use of the Gift Card or reasonable suspicion of a breach of a material obligation under this contract on your part. If the termination is not based on culpable conduct on your part, Ticketmaster will refund any unused funds.
- You must cooperate with us, the police or any other authorized entity that requests your cooperation in investigating a transaction on the Gift Card.
- Ticketmaster may cancel a Gift Card and/or terminate this contract at any time with 30 days' notice and refund any unused funds. The Gift Card remains the property of Ticketmaster.

- Ticketmaster is not liable for any loss of business, use, profit, anticipated profit, contracts, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, loss of data or use of data, consequential, special or indirect loss or damage, even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
- To the extent permitted by law, Ticketmaster will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (direct or consequential) and will not be in default for the purposes of these terms and conditions in the event of failure to perform its contractual obligations in respect of the Gift Card due to an event which could not reasonably have been controlled or prevented. Such events include violence, acts or omissions of any government and its agencies, strikes or other labor actions, fire, flood, storm, riots, power cuts or outages or business interruption due to war, and other acts or omissions of third parties.
- Subject to the terms and conditions of this contract, Ticketmaster will not be liable to you in excess of the amount of unused funds remaining on the Gift Card from the earlier of (a) the Gift Card being canceled by Ticketmaster, (b) this contract being terminated by Ticketmaster, or (c) the Gift Card expiring.
- nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit liability for the following:
(a) willful misconduct or gross negligence;
(b) death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (c) knowing misrepresentation; (d) claims under product liability law; (e) any warranty given; or (f) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Ticketmaster may amend the General Terms and Conditions of this contract at any time for one or more of the following reasons by posting a new version on ticketmaster.ch/giftcard
- Consideration of the introduction or development of new systems, work practices, services or facilities (including, but not limited to, the addition or removal of goods or services that can be purchased with the Gift Card);
- Consideration of any change or anticipated change in market conditions, general best practice or the cost of providing services to our clients;
- Compliance with a contract, law, regulation or order binding on Ticketmaster;
- Compliance with or anticipation of changes in the law or taxation, rules of conduct or recommendations of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA or another regulatory authority;
- Ensuring proper corporate governance and maintaining competitiveness;
- Implementation of a decision of a court, ombudsman, regulatory authority or similar entity with legal or commercial jurisdiction over Ticketmaster;
- Increasing the fairness and clarity of the general terms and conditions of this contract;
- Correction of an error that would have been discovered in due course; or
- An agreement with you.
If a change to the General Terms and Conditions results in a material change to your rights or obligations under this contract, you are entitled to terminate the contract.

- Any delay or waiver by Ticketmaster in exercising any right or remedy shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or remedy or of its exercise at a later time.
- If any provision of this contract is held to be legally unenforceable or illegal, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
- Any rights and benefits on our part may be assigned at any time without prior written notice. Obligations on our part arising from this contract may be passed on to subcontractors.
- No third party who is not a party to this contract shall have any right to enforce the provisions of this contract.
- this contract and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). You hereby irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Switzerland with respect to any claim or matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
