Within a few weeks, with nearly 50 million listeners, sombr became one of the most-listened-to musicians in the world, leaving no doubt that he will take the next step in his career in 2025.

The infinitely captivating "Psycho Killer" singer with a knack for edgy vocals and interpretive dance moves. David Byrne is proud to announce Who Is the Sky?, his first new album since the highly acclaimed and award-winning "American Utopia" from 2018, which will be released on September 5th via Matador Records. The album was produced by Grammy winner Kid Harpoon (Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus), while the 12 songs were arranged by members of the New York chamber ensemble Ghost Train Orchestra.
