My Tickets haven’t arrived yet, what can I do?

Normally you receive your order within two working days. In exceptions it can take a few days longer, if for instance there are extreme weather conditions, increased security measures at airports, or similar things that can hinder shipment. The delivery option Express can ensure you receive your Tickets from one day to the other.

Therefore, if you should need the Tickets quickly, we suggest to choose the Express option. Can I cancel, change, or return my tickets after ordering them?

As soon as your order has been received, an automated processes makessure that your tickets are first blocked for you, and then as printed. An order is therefore in its own closed cycle and can not be changed for security reasons. As soon as a ticket is printed, it is considered as sold to the specific customer. Therefore we can't accept any cancellations, changes, or additional wishes for tickets.

Which payment options do I have?

Ticketmaster constantly aims to offer you the best service. Therefore we set up several different payment options.

Of course you can order your tickets with your credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Encoded processes ensure complete protection of your sensitive data.

You can also pay charges with bank transfers . You will receive an email with specific payment instructions. Please make sure to make the payment within the given time frame. Otherwise your order will be deleted and the tickets will be available for purchase once more.

The payment method Direct Banking (Sofortüberweisung) is a certified payment method, which does not require an extra registration. After ending the booking process you will be immediately transferred to the payment. Please have your online banking PIN/TAN ready.

How do I order tickets online?

Ticketmaster has websites world wide, which are easy to use and designed customer friendly. Every step is generally self-explanatory. Furthermore there are simple instructions for each step, in order to make the booking process as easy as possible for you. You will either find interesting events on the home page or on the categories page. Or just use the search function to find events quickly. Chose the event and click the according "Tickets" button. From there on just follow the other instructions.

How can I tell if my money transfer has been successfull?

Please do the following, in order to see whether your payment has been received yet:

- logg in on and

- open "My Account"

- click on "Check order"

- choose the according order number

As soon as the payment has been received, it will say so underneath the price "Payed with money transer".

My Event was canceled or recscheduled. What should I do?

If your event had been canceled or rescheduled, you naturally have the option to return your tickets within the rules of our Terms. If you have purchased your tickets on our ticket hotline or on our website, please do the following:

Download our Ticket Refund form and fill it out. If you have purchased paper or Collector-Tickets, please send the ticket with the refund form to the following adress:

With eTickets, please scan the ticket refund form and send it by email to

After the documents have been received they will be checked and then processed. Please note that the refunding is a manual process and therefore can take some time.

Further information to the process of refunds:

  • Since the refunding is not an automatic process, we definitely first need the tickets returned before we can refund the ticket price.
  • The refund usually follows the same method as the payment method. If e.g. the tickets have been purchased with a credit card, which is no longer in use, you must specifically mention that in the return form.
  • Please note that if the event has been rescheduled, a refund can only be made before the new date. Ticket refund requests, which arrive after the new date has passed will not be refunded.
  • If you have purchased the tickets at one of our outlets, please contact them directly for a refund. A refund from Ticketmaster is not possible in such cases.
If I ordered reduced tickets, do I have to show proof at the venue?

Relevant proof for reduced tickets (e.g student ID, senior citizen card, etc.) must be shown at the entrance unsolicited.
Without the proper proof in combination with the ticket, access to the event can be denied. The event promoter can take legal measures if they suspect purposeful misuse.

Was my order successful?

After your order with Ticketmaster, you can check your Ticketmaster account to see if the order has been successfully processed. Under My Tickets your ticket details should appear within 60 minutes. You will also receive an email order confirmation.

Please check your spam folder if the confirmation has not arrived within 60 minutes.
