    When will my e-gift card come?
    The e-gift card will be sent within two hours of purchase to the email address that you provided at the time of the purchase. If the card has not arrived within two hours, please check your spam or junk mail folders. If it is not there, please email ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net

    Can I send an e-gift card to my email address and then print it?
    Yes, you can use your own email address for as the gift recipient. Your gift receipt email has a link to download the e-card as a printable PDF.

    Can I send myself an e-gift card and then forward it to the person who will receive it?
    Yes, you can.

    Can I change the email address of the recipient of the e-gift card, if an incorrect email address has been provided?
    Yes, you can change the recipient's email address directly via a link in your purchase confirmation email.

    Can I get the e-gift card link sent again if it has not arrived or if it has been deleted?
    Yes it's possible, please contact ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net State the case and include the order number from your purchase confirmation email.

  • Ticketmaster gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is not possible to extend the period of validity.
  • Do I need to activate my gift card?
    E-gift cards are activated immediately.

    Plastic gift cards purchased online are activated when they are shipped.

    What do I do if my gift card has not been activated?
    If the gift card was purchased through ticketmaster.ch, please contact ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net. If the gift card was purchased in a store, please bring the receipt and card to the store where the it was purchased to see what has happened.

    What do I do if my card has been activated but still does not work?
    Please contact us at ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net. We will investigate what went wrong.
  • Check your balance here. You must enter your gift card number and PIN.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. The e-gift card is sent through email, so it can be downloaded again. We cannot replace physical gift cards.

  • No, but you can buy gift cards/e-gift cards from other Ticketmaster countries, for use within those countries. Make sure you buy in the correct currency. If you select a country from the drop-down list at the bottom of the page, you will be taken to that country's gift card page.
