Can I change the email address of the recipient of the e-gift card, if an incorrect email address has been provided? Yes, you can change the recipient's email address directly via a link in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticketmaster gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is not possible to extend the period of validity.
Do I need to activate my gift card? E-gift cards are activated immediately.
Plastic gift cards purchased online are activated when they are shipped.

We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. The e-gift card is sent through email, so it can be downloaded again. We cannot replace physical gift cards.
